Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 USD within the US.
Is my package discreet?
Absolutely. All orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of the contents. The return address shows 'Wet and Wild LLC' with no reference to the nature of our products. Your privacy is our priority.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on unopened products. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items. If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement.
How do i start a return?
Contact our customer service team at Hello@WetAndWild13.com with your order number. We'll provide you with a prepaid return label for eligible items.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your return. The refund will appear on your original payment method.

Are your products body-safe?
Yes! All our products are made with medical-grade, body-safe materials including platinum-cured silicone. We never use phthalates, latex, or other harmful chemicals.
How do I clean my products?
We recommend washing with warm water and mild, unscented soap before and after each use. You can also use a dedicated toy cleaner. Allow to air dry completely before storage.
